This Privacy Policy explains how RAW VEGAN BLESSINGS LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use Rawvegan RecipesBook at https://rawveganrecipesbook.com (the "Site"), including our recipe library, membership and kitchen store.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address (stored in lowercase) and a one-way hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Order details: shipping name and address, email, the items you buy and order totals.
- Payment details: we record only the card brand and last four digits for your receipts. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored on our servers.
- Messages: anything you send through the contact form, together with the IP address it was sent from, to help prevent abuse.
- Technical data: essential cookies and standard server logs (browser type, pages requested, time of request).
2. How we use information
We use personal information to run your account, provide membership access, fulfil and support orders, answer your messages, secure the Site and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as hosting, email delivery and shipping carriers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
4. Cookies

5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are deleted after 24 months unless they relate to an open matter.

You can view and update your details from your account page, turn off membership renewal at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@rawveganrecipesbook.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, prepared database queries and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
