Sunset Pineapple, Carrot and Beet Juices
4.8(726 ratings)Each bottle in this set is a step darker than the last, starting with sunny pineapple and turmeric and ending with earthy beet. The middle two mix pineapple, carrot and orange in different ratios, so the gradient emerges naturally without any extra ingredients. Line them up on a pale marble surface and they look like a color chart of the season.

Step 1: Juice each ingredient separately into its own jug, starting with the pineapple, then turmeric, ginger, lemon, oranges, apples and carrots, and finishing with the beet.
-
Step 2: For the yellow bottle, combine one cup of pineapple juice with all of the turmeric juice and a spoonful of the lemon juice.
-
Step 3: For the light orange bottle, mix the remaining pineapple juice with half a cup of carrot juice, then taste and add ginger juice to your liking.
-
Step 4: For the deep orange bottle, stir together the orange juice with most of the remaining carrot juice and the rest of the lemon.
-
Step 5: For the red bottle, combine the apple juice, beet juice, any leftover carrot and the remaining ginger, then bottle all four and chill for an hour.
