Chocolate Oat Groat Pudding with Almonds
4.6(258 ratings)Soaked oat groats blended with cacao and dates turn into something closer to a chocolate mousse than a porridge. The little chocolate discs on top are just melted cacao butter, cacao powder and coconut nectar, dropped onto parchment and set in the fridge. Whole soaked almonds add crunch and make the pudding more filling.
