Tart Raspberry Lime Sorbet
4.6(565 ratings)This is raspberry sorbet at its most concentrated, with nothing to distract from the fruit. Straining out the seeds takes a few extra minutes but gives a texture so fine it looks almost velvety up close. A little coconut oil blended in keeps it from freezing rock hard, so it scoops cleanly even after a day or two.
